Beginning Motorcycle Education at Burlington High School has changed and offers even more benefits to students. The course is now offered as a 2 hour College Credit Course through Neosho County Community College. The instructors are the same as will be the on-street instruction component.

Members of United States Army/National Guard have an opporunity to enroll in this course and have the cost of the course paid in full upon successful completion of the course.

Driver Education II/Motorcycle Safety Foundation: Basic Rider Course plus the Kansas Board of Education approved On-Street Curriculum is the first component and is described in detail on another page. Click here to get more information on the Beginning Course.

Motorcycle Safety Foundation: Experienced Rider Course is still offered and provided through cooperation between USD 244 and the Burlington Lions Club as a community service. Click here to get more information on the Experienced Rider Course.
